The Department of Sociology at Soban Singh Jeena University (SSJU) is dedicated to the systematic study of society, social relationships, institutions, communities and patterns of human interaction. The department explores a wide range of social issues including family, education, culture, religion, social stratification, gender, rural and urban communities, population, migration, development and social transformation.
