Vice Chancellor's Message

His guidance has laid the roadmap of comprehensive initiatives to elevate every aspect of this newly created state University. During the last three years, SSJ University has transformed from a Campus to a multidisciplinary and multi-campus State University of Uttarakhand. The University started its journey in 2020 and proudly encompasses many programs in its four campuses, including many vocational and professional courses.

While we continue strengthening the new campuses and programs, many departments of the University are nationally recognized and known for their excellence; we benchmark our programs and processes with the best in class and strive to outperform our objectives and goals; for SSJ University, excellence is an everyday practice, not a dream. During the last three years, we have observed a transformation in our students towards becoming socially responsive and committed to excel in studies, sports, and extra-curricular activities.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the SSJ University at this extraordinary juncture of its early steps toward excellence. These are challenging times for higher education and our world, but we remain committed to growing and succeeding in our mission to educate students, create knowledge, and serve our community. We are a growing University of disciplined students, bright scholars, a talented pool of faculty and dedicated non teaching staff with a dream to become a globally admirable university in the coming decade.
