The Ombudsperson serves as an independent authority to provide a fair, impartial and confidential mechanism for addressing grievances raised by students, faculty members, staff and other members of the University community. The Ombudsperson promotes transparency, accountability and equitable resolution of concerns in accordance with University policies.
Any member of the University community may approach the Ombudsperson if they believe that their grievance has not been resolved satisfactorily through the existing institutional mechanisms. All matters are handled with strict confidentiality, fairness and respect for the rights of all individuals involved.
The Ombudsperson provides guidance, facilitates dialogue and recommends appropriate resolutions wherever required, while fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive academic environment for everyone.
