The Young India Fellowship (YIF) is a one-year, fully residential postgraduate programme designed to empower young graduates with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives required to become future leaders and changemakers. Through an interdisciplinary curriculum, the Fellowship encourages intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative learning across diverse fields of study.
Fellows learn from distinguished faculty, accomplished practitioners, and industry experts while engaging in interactive classroom discussions, workshops, leadership development activities, experiential projects, and peer learning. The programme fosters personal growth, social responsibility, and global awareness, preparing graduates for impactful careers across academia, entrepreneurship, public policy, business, and the social sector.
The rigorous curriculum is designed to provide students with a multidisciplinary foundation while enabling them to develop interdisciplinary perspectives that complement their interests and professional aspirations.

The YIF Class of 2027 will comprise around 100 bright, curious and outstanding individuals from India and abroad, who will be handpicked through a rigorous and holistic selection process. The interdisciplinary programme will educate and nurture Fellows to solve the world's most pertinent problems while contributing to a lifelong learning community.
